I registered for the conference on Event Brite, now what do I do?

Please visit the conference session links on the Schedule tab on the navigational bar in the upper right of this webpage.  You must register for each session you want to attend using the link provided with the session description.  The Zoom link will then be sent to your email.  Make sure to enter correctly your email address!  

I need technical HELP!  Who do I contact?

Please contact Meredith Bell at mab595@shp.rutgers.edu should you have any difficulties in joining the conference session.

You will want to provide her with your name, email address and a description of the problem you are having and she will get back to you as soon as possible.

Do you offer CEU’s?

The sessions are not pre-approved for CEUs. Certificates of attendance and all materials are available which allows you to submit for CEUs on your own.

Where is the Zoom link for the presentation?

You must first REGISTER for each session using the link provided with each presentation. This link is included in the description of the session on the Schedule page or on the “Zoom Links” page in the upper right navigation bar.  The ZOOM link to enter the session will be sent to your email.  Make sure you enter your correct email!  Each session has a unique Zoom link.  Even if you preregistered for the whole conference, you must REGISTER for each individual presentation you want to attend.

 

 

Will the sessions be recorded?

Yes, each conference session will be recorded and posted to the Resource page of this conference site within a week after the conclusion of the conference.

Do I need to attend all conference sessions to receive a certificate?

No, we will provide certificates of attendance for each conference session by Wednesday, September 8. You will receive an email with a link where you can download your certificate.

Will we have access to the presenter's slides?

Yes, we will post our presenter’s slides to our conference website after the conclusion of the conference.  

What time zone are the streamed sessions shown?

Times listed on this site are Eastern Standard Time. Please adjust the time to your time zone as needed.

The conference starts in 10 minutes - I am logged in but there is nothing on my screen?

We will launch each conference session at the scheduled start time.

What if a session has already started, can I still join?

Yes, you can join the session at any time.

How can I be sure that my computer will be compatible to watch the streamed sessions?

We will host the conference on the Zoom Webinar platform. We advise all registrants to download this application before the Conference to ensure that each session will launch successfully on your computer or mobile device.

Why is this conference at no cost? Will I get spammed with emails?

This conference is offered to you at NO COST. The funding for this conference is provided up by the Northeast and Caribbean Mental Health Technology Transfer Center (MHTTC). This is a federally funded grant program.
